Court McGee

Courtney Scott McGee was born on December 12, 1984. He is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the middleweight division. Court McGee was also the winner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship's eleventh season of The Ultimate Fighter in 2010, winning the competition on June 19, 2010. n March 2010, McGee was announced as part of the eleventh season of The Ultimate Fighter. In the elimination round, McGee narrowly defeated Seth Baczynski after going to a sudden victory round. McGee was later picked by Chuck Liddell as his sixth pick and twelfth overall. McGee defeated McCray by submission in the second round with a rear naked choke, making him the winner of the Ultimate Fighter Season 11. Court was also awarded the Submission of the Night award.

A professional MMA competitor since 2007, McGee mostly fought in local promotions in Utah before signing with the UFC.

Shane Carwin

Shane Bannister Carwin was born on January 4, 1975. Shane Carwin is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he was previously the UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion. He won his first 12 MMA fights in the first round which led to his Heavyweight Championship shot at UFC 116 against champion Brock Lesnar, which became his first career loss. As of August 11, 2010, he was ranked as the #6 heavyweight fighter in the world by Sherdog.

Shane Carwin has a wife named Lani and a son named Kamden from a previous marriage. The couple have a daughter named Alexia, born on February 24, 2010.

Matt Hughes

Matthew Allen Hughes was born on October 13, 1973. Matt Hughes is an American mixed martial arts fighter, UFC Hall of Famer, and former two-time Welterweight Champion. Hughes put together two separate six-fight winning streaks in the UFC, won the welterweight title on two occasions, defended the belt a record seven times, and holds the record for most wins in the UFC. Hughes was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame on May 2010.

A long-time member of Miletich Fighting Systems, Matt Hughes left the Miletich camp in late 2007 to start Team Hughes. Team Hughes fights out of The H.I.T. Squad (Hughes Intensive Training), a Granite City, Illinois gym, which he co-owns with Robbie Lawler, Matt Pena and Marc Fiore.

Frank Edgar

Frank James Edgar was born on October 16, 1981 is a MMA mixed martial artist from Toms River, New Jersey, fighting in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. On April 10, 2010, Edgar defeated B.J. Penn to become the fourth UFC Lightweight Champion. He is currently ranked as the #1 Lightweight fighter in the world by both Sherdog and MMAWeekly.

Edgar was a featured fighter on True Life: I'm a Mixed Martial Artist, leading up to his fight with Maynard. Edgar appears on UFC 2009 Undisputed.

Edgar was expected to face Kurt Pellegrino on December 5, 2009 at The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale, but Pellegrino was forced to withdraw due to an injury. Matt Veach has been named as Pellegrino's replacement, moving up from the undercard bout. Edgar won via Rear Naked Choke at 2 minutes and 22 seconds into the 2nd round.

At UFC 112 Edgar defeated BJ Penn by a unanimous decision with a score card of (50–45, 49–46, 48–47) to become the new holder of the UFC Lightweight Championship. Due to the controversial decision, Penn is scheduled to get a rematch against Edgar, possibly at UFC 118.
